Great Value! Superb Service!
We stayed at the Powder Mountain Lodge for 4 nights in August while fly fishing the Elk River. It is a great spot for DIY fishermen; there is a fully stocked kitchen where we made our lunches each morning, etc. - and the hotel is directly across from two fly shops for easy access before heading out onto the water. The best part of the whole place is the owner/manager, Sam, who is a tremendous host! He is always available and puts his heart and soul into the property and his guests' experience. It is good value for basic accommodations with a cozy home feel. We considered several places in town and after staying, we were sure we had made the right decision!
Nice motel
Stayed here on an over night motorcycle tour. Owner/manager was very friendly and accommodated any request we asked. Room was comfortable and clean. Courtyard was nice with a pool and lots of patio furniture. There is common area with a pool table and TV. The hot tub is located inside and was hotest tub I've ever been in. The motel is easy to find and is within walking distance of resturants. We really enjoyed our stay will certainly stay here again
